Our full commitment to your donations.

We base the development of the aid projects on concrete needs communicated to us by Dr. Wladimir Klitschko and the partner organizations from Ukraine.

The measures are financed from collected individual donations or coordinated individually in cooperation with individual major donors (from 10,000 euros).

Here you will find examples of aid measures that we have already implemented. If you discover something you would like to support or relaunch in a similar way, feel free to contact us!

"Even if it ends up being a success, someone suffered beforehand. That's not fair. That's not right. And that's why I get back up every day and fight for what's right.“

JobAidUkraine

JobAid Ukraine is an English-language matching platform with job offers for Ukrainian refugees.

Originated from a private initiative and built up with the support of renowned business enterprises, JobAID Ukraine has been part of #Weareallukrainians gGmbH since September 2022.

Gamechanger Award

An effective matchmaking between companies and Ukrainians looking for a job, in order to integrate them into everyday working life in our country and at the same time to counter the shortage of skilled workers – this is what JobAidUkraine set out to do soon after the war began.

As part of the German Human Resources Management Award 2022, represented by Marcus Diekmann and Tatjana Kiel, the project, which is now part of our portfolio, received the Gamechanger Award. Our thanks also go to the team of Marcus Diekmann, who initiated JobAidUkraine.
